Title of the job: Full Stack AI Application Engineer

Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack AI Application Engineer who is a strong software engineer first and an AI
practitioner second. You will build complete, production-ready applications end to end, combining solid Python and
Java engineering with modern front-end development and Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI capabilities.

You will own work across the full lifecycle: business requirement, solution design, backend development, database and vector store, LLM and agent integration, APIs, user interface, testing, cloud deployment, and production
support. This is not a research, notebook-only, or model-experimentation role.

Key Requirements:

• Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications, assistants, copilots, intelligent search, and workflow
  automation solutions.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into production systems using prompt engineering, context
  engineering, structured outputs, tool and function calling.
• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines covering document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector storage, hybrid and
  semantic retrieval, metadata filtering, reranking, context construction, evaluation, and hallucination reduction.
• Build Agentic AI workflows including multi-agent systems, agent memory, planning, orchestration, supervisor
  agents, and human-in-the-loop flows.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and Java (Spring
  Boot), with proper authentication, validation, error handling, logging, and versioning.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces with React or Angular and wire them to backend and AI services, including
  streaming LLM responses, chat interfaces, and authentication flows.
• Design and work with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and standard
  observability tooling.
• Build reusable AI services and components, and evaluate emerging AI frameworks and models for adoption.
• Contribute to AI-powered automation and quality engineering initiatives such as test generation, defect triage,
  root cause analysis, and self-healing automation.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, build rapid POCs, and convert successful POCs into

  production applications.

Title of the job: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Overview: Strong, demonstrable experience with Agentic AI automation is the core requirement for this role. We are looking for a hands-on Software Development Engineer in Test who has already applied agentic AI to real testing problems and can show the work: autonomous test agents, AI-driven test case generation, self-healing automation, intelligent test selection, and automated failure triage and root cause analysis. Candidates whose AI exposure is limited to occasional chatbot use will not be a fit. We expect you to have designed, built, or integrated agent-based tooling into a working test pipeline and to be able to explain the architecture, the prompts and context strategy, the guardrails, and the measured impact on cycle time and defect detection.

You will also own how we test AI itself, running LLM-as-a-judge evaluation for our AI chatbots and agents. Alongside that, you are a strong software engineer first and a tester second. You will design and own automation frameworks across web, API, and Pega-based enterprise applications, and you will lead how agentic AI is adopted across our quality engineering practice.

Our teams run more than one automation stack. Some products are automated in Playwright, others in Selenium, and a UI-focused team works in Mabl. You should be comfortable operating across multiple frameworks, supporting teams on a stack that is not your primary one, and helping us consolidate tooling where consolidation makes sense.

You will own work across the full quality lifecycle: test strategy, framework design, functional and regression automation, API and performance testing, CI/CD integration, environment and test data management, defect triage, and production quality monitoring. This is a coding role, not a manual testing or test-management-only role.

Key Requirements:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium for web, cross-browser, and end-to-end regression coverage.
• Design and run LLM-as-a-judge evaluation suites for AI chatbots and AI agents, covering rubric definition, golden datasets, automated scoring,regression tracking across model and prompt changes, and reporting on hallucination, groundedness, and safety metrics.
• Build and maintain low-code UI automation in Mabl, including test creation, auto-healing configuration, coverage review, and triage of Mabl run failures for the UI-focused team.
• Automate functional and regression testing for Pega applications, including case lifecycle flows, work objects, portals, and dynamically generated UI components.
• Build and integrate agentic AI capabilities into the testing lifecycle: AI-assisted test case generation, self-healing locators, intelligent test selection, automated failure triage, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain API automation for REST and SOAP services using Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, REST Assured, or Playwright API testing, including contract validation, test data setup, and service virtualization.
• Design, script, execute, and analyze performance and load tests using NeoLoad, LoadRunner, or JMeter, and report on bottlenecks, response time
  trends, and capacity risks.
• Own the test automation CI/CD pipeline, including parallel and cross-browser execution, containerized test runs, environment provisioning, and consolidated reporting.
• Define the test strategy for new features, covering risk analysis, coverage targets, test data strategy, and entry and exit criteria.
• Perform code reviews for both application code and test code, and advocate for testability in design and architecture discussions.
• Investigate failures, isolate defects, and drive them to closure with clear, reproducible reporting and evidence.
• Track and publish quality metrics such as automation coverage, flakiness, escaped defects, and mean time to detection, and act on the trends.
• Build reusable automation components and accelerators, and evaluate emerging AI and testing frameworks for adoption across accounts.
• Share automation practices, coding standards, and modern AI-assisted testing workflows with the wider QA team.
